Cleanroom Configuration List

A clean room is an air purification device that can provide a locally high cleanliness environment. Having multiple cleanliness levels and space combinations, the cleanroom can be designed and manufactured according to usage needs. The cleanroom is mainly composed of FFUs, air filters, frames, anti-static mesh curtains (organic glass, tempered glass, PVC door curtains, color steel plates), dust-free lighting fixtures, etc.

1. The top of the clean room is covered with FFU fan filtration units and designed with a positive pressure top air supply system to ensure cleanliness while minimizing turbulence.
2. The cleanroom can be equipped with hanging curtains or glass around it, and different materials may result in different prices and costs for the cleanroom.
3. The bottom of the clean room is equipped with universal wheels, which are very convenient to move and facilitate production needs.
4. The interior of the clean room adopts centrifugal fans, which have the characteristics of long service life, low noise, maintenance free, low vibration, and can be adjusted in three levels. The quality of the fans is reliable. Long working life, coupled with unique air duct design, greatly improves the efficiency of the fan and reduces noise.
5. The interior of the cleanroom is equipped with purification lamps specifically designed for the cleanroom, which do not produce dust.
6. The clean shed is made of industrial aluminum, stainless steel, and spray coated square pipes as the frame, which is stable, beautiful, rust free, and dust-free.

8. The brackets around the clean room are made of industrial aluminum profiles, stainless steel square pipes, or iron square pipes with multi-layer acid washing and electrostatic spraying as the frame, which is corrosion-resistant, rust proof, and aesthetically pleasing. The commonly used plates for clean rooms include cold-rolled steel plates (A3 plates) and stainless steel plates (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, etc.), with a thickness generally ranging from 0.8 to 1.5mm. Different materials and size configurations directly affect the price and cost of clean rooms.
9. The clean room is equipped with a control electrical box for easy operation, management, and protection of operator safety.
10. The modular design system structure of the clean room facilitates the improvement of local purification levels, has strong scalability, and can be reused.
11. The internal purification level of the clean room can reach 100-100K level, especially suitable for areas with high purification level requirements in the workshop, such as assembly line operation areas.
