A clean room is a simple dust-free clean room built for quick and convenient use. Its main features include easy installation, high flexibility, short construction period, and portability.
1. Considerations when choosing a clean room
Size: Firstly, the size of the cleanroom. Generally, cleanroom customers can choose the length and width according to their own needs, or you can directly contact the manufacturer to set the threshold on-site and determine the size according to your site situation. Here, we focus on the issue of height. Generally, the ceiling of a cleanroom is around 2.5 meters, so when we design it, the height is usually chosen at around 2.5 meters. However, in reality, you need to consider the issue of equipment height. If your own equipment is higher than 2.5 meters, you need to explain it to the designer. Experienced designers will also take this into account and confirm with the customer when designing the plan.
Grade: Generally, cleanrooms can be classified into Class 100, Class 1000, and Class 10000. You can decide according to your actual product situation. Industries with strict environmental requirements such as precision electronics, chemical, medical, and biology generally choose Class 100. In the long run, it is recommended to choose Class 100.
texture of material:
Frame: Industrial aluminum (or stainless steel square tube, iron square tube spray) is used as the frame to ensure stability, aesthetics, rust resistance, and dust-free.
Anti static hanging curtain: Generally, 0.3mm anti-static curtains (or tempered glass) are used around the perimeter, which have good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, no deformation, and are not easy to age.
Fan filter unit FFU: using a centrifugal fan, it has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance free, low vibration, and stepless variable speed. The quality of the fan is reliable, the working life is long, and the unique air duct design greatly improves the efficiency of the fan and reduces noise! The internal purification level can reach 100-100K level; Especially suitable for areas with high local purification requirements in the workshop, such as assembly line operation areas.
Accessories:
Clean room lamps are generally selected as dust-free or dust-free lamps that do not produce dust.
Doors usually use anti-static curtains.
You can also choose universal casters according to your needs for easy mobility.
If it is a multi structure clean shed, transfer windows can also be installed between two sheds to facilitate the transfer of products.
2. Precautions during procurement
The installation site and room length, width, and height of the clean room are suitable. For example, if the height of the clean room is 2600mm, the height of the room should be around 3400mm.
The materials used for the clean room include 304 stainless steel square pipes, 201 stainless steel square pipes, iron square pipes painted with paint, and aluminum alloy square pipes. FFU is made of stainless steel, painted with paint, and aluminum zinc plated plates, with tempered glass, organic glass, and anti-static curtain sealing plates around and on the top. These materials will determine the price of the clean room.
Xuzhou Jiesen cleanroom manufacturer reminds you that procurement consulting should have a planned budget, as cleanrooms are customized products with significant price differences. If you can tell us, we will provide you with reasonable design solutions based on different budgets.
