1. Sampling booth description:

 

Sampling booth is suitable for the sampling of raw and auxiliary materials except pharmaceutical preparations and sterile preparations.

It is widely used in the sampling of raw and auxiliary materials for special occasions such as medicine, preparations, electronics, precision instruments, meters, and foods. According to the requirements of GMP standard, the sampling car produced by our factory reaches 10,000 grades of cleanliness, and the electrical components used at the same time comply with GB1497-85 (electrical safety standards); in line with the provisions of GB-191 (packaging standards)

The electrical control panel of the clean sampling vehicle is a computer light contact control, the fan is stepless speed regulation, the air volume is arbitrarily adjusted, and the clean sample vehicle configuration is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizing lamps. Other specification sizes can be customized according to customer requirements or installed with soft curtains at both ends.

 

2. Sampling booth features:

 

1).The clean sampling vehicle is a vertical-flow local air purification device. Since the indoor air is filtered through the initial effect, the form of the air from the high-efficiency air filter reaches a high-clean working environment.

2).The clean sampling vehicle is designed and manufactured according to the GMP standard, and the cleanliness can meet the requirements of class 100-10000. It is suitable for use in dust-free environment and is often used for the sampling of raw materials of medicinal preparations (excluding sterile preparations).

3).The main components such as the centrifugal fan used in this sample booth meet the requirements of GB1497-87 (motor safety standard). The product structure consists of stainless steel plates or spray-coated steel plates, respectively

 

3. Sampling booth Application method:

 

1).Clean sampling vehicle moved to where sampling is required, fixed sampling vehicle (brake).

2). Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, turn on the fan switch, the fan starts to work, adjust the voltage to the appropriate (usually 220V), and put the sampling barrel after the clean sampling vehicle is running for 15 minutes.

3). After the sampling is completed, remove the sampling bucket, turn off the fan and power supply, unplug the power cord, and move the sampling vehicle to its original position.

Note: According to the use conditions, the anemometer should be used to measure the wind speed in the working area regularly. If it is found that the technical requirements are not met, the air volume of the fan can be adjusted. If necessary, replace the high efficiency or primary efficiency air filter.
