無塵クリーンルームとは？

クリーンルームは、プロ仕様の純アルミ製プロファイルで組み立てられたフレームで、クリーンな層流フードFFUが設置されます。上部はブラインドプレートで覆われ、しっかりとした継ぎ目があり、帯電防止カーテン/帯電防止有機ガラスで囲まれ、小屋裏エリアの清浄度レベルは100～10000を達成します。材質は工業用アルミ形材またはステンレス鋼をフレームとし、給気にはファンフィルター給気ユニットFFUを使用し、周囲を帯電防止PVCカーテンまたは帯電防止有機ガラスパネルで覆い、上部を密閉ブラインドプレートで覆って密閉エリアを形成する。内部浄化レベルは10000-100レベルに達することができ、特に組立ライン作業エリアや高精度製品組立エリアなど、作業場の局所浄化要求が高いエリアに適しています。低投資で、浄化レベルが高く、移動が簡単な簡易浄化装置です。

Material composition of clean room:
1. Framework: 40 * 80 40 * 40 industrial grade aluminum and stainless steel profiles, sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, rust free, and dust-free.
2. Enclosure: 0.5mm thick mesh anti-static PVC curtain, anti-static organic glass panel, with good anti-static effect, high transparency, good toughness, no deformation, not easy to age, and good dust and static electricity removal performance.
3. A purification lighting system can be used in the clean room.
4. Fan filter air supply unit FFU: adopts low-noise centrifugal fan, which has long life, low noise, maintenance free, low vibration, and adjustable speed. The high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter is installed at the end of the fan supply unit. HEPA has the characteristics of low initial resistance, large dust holding capacity, high filtration efficiency, long service life, and easy replacement.
5. The external dimensions and purification level can be customized according to customer requirements.

Cleanroom product standards:
1. The standard model meets the local purification level requirements of 10-10000 levels (US Federal Standard 209E) and has multiple sizes, specifications, and materials to choose from, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. The basic material of the main body of the clean room is industrial grade electroplated steel plate, with a white electronic spray coating on the outside to prevent corrosion, and the frame is the standard ceiling keel structure of the clean room.
3. The design does not require any support, does not require suspended ceiling support, is easy to install, and the movable casters make it more convenient to move the clean room.
4. The clean room uses a standard size 1175 × 575mm fan filter unit, which is a low-energy and high-efficiency fan filter unit that is easy to install (just place the fan filter unit on the ceiling keel of the clean room), and has multiple materials and sizes to choose from.
5. High efficiency filters with 99.99% efficiency and ultra high efficiency filters with 99.999% efficiency provide the best cleaning effect and product protection.
6. The teardrop shaped fluorescent lamp creates a comfortable working environment.
