Laboratory clean rooms, also known as simple clean rooms, laboratory clean rooms, laboratory purification rooms, and clean work rooms, are customized according to customers’ actual needs for Class 100, Class 1000, and Class 10000 clean rooms. Different sizes, materials, and levels of clean rooms can be provided for customization; It is a type of clean room, and also a fast and convenient simple clean room. A ten thousand level clean room can be designed in conjunction with a regular clean room to achieve the same functional effect as a clean room but different clean areas. Due to its ease of use, high elasticity, easy installation, short construction period, and mobility, it is widely used in general clean areas. To establish more levels of clean workspaces, it can effectively reduce costs.
The laboratory clean room is mainly composed of a box, FFU fan filtration unit, high-efficiency filter, damping layer, lighting fixtures, and brackets. It can be used separately or connected in series to form a larger clean area.
Working principle of laboratory clean room:
The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU, passes through the primary filter and high-efficiency filter, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out to the clean room at a speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface. Forming a uniform flow layer ensures a vertical unidirectional flow of clean air, thereby guaranteeing the required cleanliness within the workspace.
Customized materials for laboratory clean room:
1. Framework: 40 * 40/40 * 80 spray aluminum alloy square tube, 50 * 50 iron or stainless steel square tube, stable, beautiful, rust free, and dust-free;
2. Anti static curtain: 0.3mm thick mesh has good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear mesh, good flexibility, no deformation, not easy to age, dustproof and anti-static.
3. The top cover of the clean room and the surrounding walls of the dressing room are made of 50mm color steel plates.
4. Internally, a dedicated purification lamp for the purification room is used, which does not produce dust.
5. Fan filter unit FFU: using a centrifugal fan, it has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance free, low vibration, and stepless speed change. The quality of the fan is reliable, the working life is long, and the unique air duct design greatly improves the efficiency of the fan and reduces noise.
