Modular Clean Room (Cleanroom)

The structure material of the clean room is made of steel square spray coating (or customer specified material) as the frame, and the fan filter unit FFU is used for air supply (please refer to another attachment for detailed parameters of the FFU used). Anti static curtains are used around the perimeter, and the top is covered with a tight joint blind plate to form a tight joint area. The internal purification level can reach 100-10000 levels; Especially suitable for areas with high local purification requirements in the workshop, such as assembly line operation areas. High precision product assembly area.

Cleanroom materials:

2. Framework: 50 * 50 stainless steel square tube (or customer specified material) (stable, beautiful, rust free, dust-free)
3. Hanging curtain: 0.3mm or 0.5mm anti-static mesh curtain (with good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear mesh, good flexibility, no deformation, not easy to age; dustproof and anti-static)
4. The ceiling cover of the cleanroom is made of 0.8mm aluminum zinc coated sheet metal, which is bent and fabricated.
5. The department adopts dedicated purification lamps for the purification room.
6. Filter unit FFU:
Adopting energy-saving and low-noise centrifugal fan with size specifications of 1175 * 575 * 260mm, high-efficiency two-stage filtration system, filtration efficiency of 99.99% (0.3um), adjustable wind speed, maximum air volume: 1080m3/min; (With characteristics such as long lifespan, low noise, maintenance free, and low vibration, the fan has reliable quality, long working life, and unique air duct design, greatly improving the efficiency of the fan and reducing noise)
Working principle of clean room:
The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU, filters it through the primary and high-efficiency filters, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out to the clean room at a speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface. Forming a uniform flow layer ensures a vertical unidirectional flow of clean air, thereby guaranteeing the required cleanliness within the workspace.
