Modulaire cleanroom

Modular clean rooms are divided into two categories: acrylic or color steel plate wall clean rooms. Maintain stable positive pressure inside the cleanroom, and the cleanliness level can be determined according to demand, including cleanliness levels from level 10 to 100000.
Modular clean room composition
1. Framework: The framework of the modular hard wall cleanroom can be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and has high strength, while aluminum is easy to install and has a prominent appearance;
2. Ceiling: Aluminum plastic panel is lightweight and easy to install
3. FFU: High quality, energy-saving, low-noise fans are used, or fans of designated brands by customers, such as German EBM. The shell is made of aluminum zinc plated plate or stainless steel.
4. Control system: The control system is developed by Guanhang and controls the FFU through PLC to adjust wind speed, pressure difference, temperature and humidity (if equipped with air conditioning).
