1965

In 1965, the high-efficiency air filter with corrugated partition was developed by the Air Conditioning Research Institute of China Academy of Building Research and Bengbu Insulation Material Factory, marking the official start of clean technology in China.

1979

In January 1979, "Measures for Clean Air Technology" was published, which played an important role in regulating and promoting clean room technology in China at that time, laying the foundation for the formulation of national standards in the future.

1984

In December 1984, the "Clean Room Design Specification" was issued, which took a step forward for China's clean room technology to align with international standards.

1986

In 1986, the Chinese Society for Clean Technology became a member of the International Confederation of Pollution Control Societies (ICCCS).

1900

In 1900, driven by the continuous rapid development of electronic technology, clean technology continued to advance. For over thirty years, the US Federal Standard 209 has been recognized as a standard in the clean technology industry worldwide.

2001

On November 29, 2001, a notice was issued to abolish FED-STD-209E and adopt the relevant standard ISO-14644. This decision marks the further integration of clean technology with the world economy towards international unity.

2020

In 2020, China's cleanroom technology industry has become increasingly mature in many aspects, reflected in the content of relevant regulations, cleanroom design ideas and plans, construction technology and management, testing methods and technologies, and so on.
