1. Laminar flow hood description:

Laminar flow hood is one of the devices that can shield the operator from the product. Its main purpose is to avoid product contamination. The air drawn from the clean room is then filtered vertically through the operating area using HEPA filter using a fan installed in the top plenum to provide ISO 5 (class 100) unidirectional air flow for critical areas. It is mainly composed of box, fan, high efficiency air filter, damping layer, lamps and so on.

The clean laminar flow hood is an air purification unit that can provide a local clean environment. It can be installed flexibly above the process points that require high cleanliness. The clean laminar flow hoods can be used individually or combined into multiple strips of clean areas.
