Common faults of air shower room in purification workshop

In the use of cleanroom air shower rooms, it is inevitable to encounter some problems. We first need to understand and know how to solve the problems.
1、 Power switch.
Usually, there are four central air shower rooms in a clean workshop that can cut off power:
a. Power switch for outdoor air shower box;
b. Control panel for indoor air shower box;
c. On the outer boxes on both sides of the air shower room (the power switch here can prevent the power from being cut off in emergency situations, effectively improving the personal safety of task personnel. When the power indicator light is not working, it is necessary to reflect on the above four air shower room power points again).

2、 When the air shower fan in the clean room is not working. When the air shower is not working, try to reflect on whether the emergency switch of the outdoor box of the air shower can be turned off. If it is confirmed to be turned off, press it lightly with your hand and rotate it to the right to release it.
3、 When the fan of the air shower is reversed or the wind speed of the air shower is very low, please be sure to reflect on whether the 380V three-phase four wire circuit can be reversed. Ordinary air shower manufacturers will have a dedicated electrician to connect the wires when installing them at the factory; If the wire source of the air shower is reversed, it may cause the air shower fan to malfunction or the wind speed of the air shower to decrease. In severe cases, it may burn the entire circuit board of the air shower; It is recommended that companies using air shower rooms do not easily change the wiring. If it is necessary to move due to consumer demand, please consult the air shower room manufacturer for handling.
4、 In addition to the above three points, it is also necessary to reflect on whether the emergency stop button on the outside of the air shower room can be pressed. If the emergency stop button is colored, the air shower room will not blow; Press the emergency stop button again to complete the task normally.
5、 When the air shower cannot automatically sense and blow, please reflect on the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the air shower box to see if the light sensing installation can be installed correctly. If the light sensing on both sides is absolute and normal, it can automatically sense and blow.
6、 When the wind speed in the air shower room is very low after a period of use, please reflect on whether the initial and high-efficiency filters of the air shower room can accumulate too much dust. If so, please replace the filter. The initial filter of the air shower room should be replaced once every 1-6 months, and the high-efficiency filter of the air shower room should be replaced once every 6-12 months.
