Construction of Class 1000 Clean Room
Construction of Class 1000 Clean Room
The cleanliness standard of a Class 1000 cleanroom is usually measured by the allowable number of particles per unit volume of air. According to the international standard ISO 14644-1, a Class 1000 cleanroom means that the allowed number of particles per cubic foot (approximately 0.028 cubic meters) of air does not exceed one thousand. In order to meet this standard, a series of strict measures need to be taken in the design, construction, and operation of clean rooms.
