The composition of a clean room: The clean room is mainly composed of a shell, centrifugal fan, primary air filter, shock-absorbing layer, lighting fixtures, etc. The shell is electrostatically sprayed.
Clean room on-site installation and clean room design plan: mainly based on on-site standards and surrounding environment, the following are the preparations and common problems that need to be done for on-site installation of multiple clean rooms:
1. There should be sufficient indoor space to install a clean shed;
2. Install the clean room at the ventilation opening as much as possible to increase the service life of its filtration device;
3. Not suitable for installation in dusty, damp, cold or highly susceptible to salt alkali corrosion locations;
4. Before installation, use ethanol to wipe off the dust on the soft curtains, clean shed FFUs, structures, and organic glass panels;
5. Installation personnel must wear dust-proof clothing, protective shoes, and safety helmets when installing in the clean room;
6. It is generally recommended to install a clean room in a cleanroom. If it is installed in a non cleanroom, the sealing of doors and windows must be done well;
7. After the installation of the clean room is completed, cleanliness testing will be carried out, usually using a particle counter for inspection. Conduct engineering acceptance work by measuring data in an “empty” or “static” environment.
Installation steps for clean room:
1. Before installing the FFU on the top of the clean room, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive cleaning and wiping of the clean room. If there is dust accumulation inside the purification air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If high-efficiency filters are installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean.
After the cleanroom and FFU system meet the cleaning requirements, the FFU system needs to be put into trial operation. After continuous operation for more than 12 hours, immediately install FFU matched high-efficiency filters after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.
The transportation and storage of FFU high-efficiency filters should be placed in the direction indicated by the manufacturer’s logo. During transportation, handle with care to prevent severe vibrations and collisions.
Before installing the FFU high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to unpack and inspect the appearance at the installation site, including whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged; Whether the side length, diagonal, and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); Whether there is a product qualification certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. Then perform leak detection. Those that pass the inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately. During installation, reasonable adjustments should be made based on the resistance of each filter. For one-way flow, the difference between the rated resistance and average resistance of each filter on the same air outlet or supply surface should be less than 5%.
